Returns Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Unwashed and without odours or stains

  • In original packaging (where applicable)

We accept returns on:

  • Full-price items

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Custom/personalised items

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

  • We will pay the return shipping cost only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

Refunds

Once returned items are inspected, we will email you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs (if any)

  • Please allow 3–10 business days for bank processing

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or variants. Email our support team to arrange this.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days so we can replace or refund it at no cost to you.
